Eva Pietroni Art historian and a musician, researcher specialized in conservation and communication of Cultural Heritage at the Institute of Technologies Applied to Cultural Heritage in Rome, Italy. Project coordinator for cross-disciplinary projects at national and international level. . Responsible and co-director of the Virtual Heritage Lab of CNR ITABC (www.vhlab.itabc.cnr.it) Eva's field of expertise relates to: Virtual Heritage, virtual archeology and Virtual Museums, Virtual Reality, digital media & interactive technology with application to: VR systems and collaborative environments, natural interaction, "design" of digital applications for museums, interactive digital storytelling, communication and art. She is also specialized in the documentation of Cultural Heritage, from data acquisition on archaeological sites through integrated technologies to successive phases of 3D elaboration, until the integration in VR systems.
