Jim Suderman

InterPARES Trust
Investigator
Toronto
I currently work for the City of Toronto, Canada, directing the Archives, Records Services, and Access and Privacy programs. I've worked as an archivist and records manager since 1986, first at the Mennonite Heritage Centre Archives in Winnipeg but mostly in Toronto in the Canadian public sector. I was the first electronic records program coordinator at the Archives of Ontario and, in that capacity, became involved with the InterPARES research projects. Currently I'm leading the "Implications of Open Government, Open Data, and Big Data on the Management of Digital Records in an Online Environment" project for InterPARES Trust.

If you don't want to talk to me about records and archives, you can talk to me about premium beer and board games.
